Vintage Estate Puka Shell Silver Tone Pill/Trinket Box. Lighting Changes the Iridescent Color of the Puka Shell Cover. The Box has seven teardrop shells all around the sides. The salmon and purple beads on opposite sides of the oblong box are concave. I don't know why they aren't convex. They feel smooth with a few ridges. The hinge is a little loose so it wobbles a little bit, and the inside has some dark spots. I will leave the cleaning to the buyer.
